As enjoyable and enlightening as this book is, I would suggest nothing is 100%. Meaning this book is not the whole story, therefore, neither is it completely true with it's missing truths in tow, making it incomplete to base everything upon.

One example is as follows: It is suggested you draw in light from outside to gain wisdom and sacred knowledge. An external spirit will guide you to light as you draw in the light. Well if you're lucky enough to have a wall of protection already around you without you making any effort-then great, but then how would you know?

It is up to you, but I would NEVER draw in anything from outside, that is external to you and place deep within yourself. Do you know what your drawing in? Do you know how to get rid of it if you don't like the feeling? Would you know what to do if something malevolent attaches itself to you?

You have light inside. Remember the quote 'you are a star', well that means you have the light inside of you and enough for you to draw upon it and bring it out. All the knowledge is there deep inside of us all, just bring out the light to protect yourself in meditation and you will be safe. Street Democracy UK.
